Photo Designer
This is a tool, that allows to develop a garden designs
based on the miscellaneous digital landscape photos, for example photograph view
of the area from the some point.
Photo View replaces original 3D view in garden document.
Imported image used as background to place objects on front of
virtual camera, from which this shoot is made. User can place and
manipulate object of almost any type available in standard garden
design mode and additional special textured areas filled with
perspective correction, based on user defined texture 3D orientation.
Areas defined using Magic Wand, Rectangular, Free Hand and Polygonal
selection tools.
Standard garden objects (vehicles,
groups, decors, animals, fence parts, lights, plants, and structures)
are positioned and manipulated in conformance with settings of
virtual camera. The farther object goes from camera, the smaller
it looks. All objects, including areas arranged in deep order,
so user can select which objects overlap others and so on.
Also all other views of garden document
are available, except 3D View (which is replaced by photo view).
Application of this feature is not limited to only outdoor modeling.
Background image may be shoot of some room inside house and used
for some kind of interior planning.
Textured areas have the opacity
hint, which allows them to be used as shadow masks, water and
even glass. Also a special mapping modes available helpful for
such tasks as sky replacement.
